Christmas Eve is always fun with The Smith's we always have Navijo tacos and exchange gifts from each other. It's also a tradition in Dan's family to get PJ's on Christmas Eve so we all open our Jammies and put them on. I am so grateful for Daniel's family and that I have always felt welcomed into their family. I love being with them just as much as my family. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!!

The Sunday before Christmas we always have dinner with my Grandma and Grandpa Martin. We had a really good time with them I just love when they come. They gave us all some really neat gifts this year. My Dad got really teary eyed when he opened his, he had been wanting the Ram that my grandparents have had in their home for years and always told them he had dibs on it. Well that's what they gave him. I think those are the best gifts the ones that mean something.

Don't be jealous, I got the Britney Spears CD from Daniel!! Yay! I really thought he didn't get it but he always surprises me. I was whining all Christmas Eve that I hoped he had gotten it!

And here are my glasses!They will be ready to be picked up in about two weeks. I love them! Thanks Love for a wonderful Christmas, you got everything on my list!! Merry Christmas!!

Oh to look like this again....

That's it I am offically depressed with how I look. I miss my long blonde hair and skinny body. Why the heck did I let myself cut my hair short and go so dang dark!! And why the heck did I let myself gain so much weight! Oh I miss those days of not having to worry about what clothes and being comfortable with myself. Daniel found this picture on his phone and it was taken the week he got home from his mission. I feel so bad he keeps asking to have his old wife back, no he's not being rude, I feel the same way. I will get there! This picture is my motivation to get back into shape and feel better again. Okay sorry I just needed to vent.

Snow Princess

Yesterday was our photoshoot that the owner of Taylor Andrews bought us for our christmas present. We got about 15 mintues with a photographer. Kari and I had a model but they backed out so Kari ended up being a model and I helped out two girls with their models. It was really fun and can't wait for the next one which will probably be TA's hair show in April.

This is my new Neice!! Mckenna Leigh Wright was born today at 12:36 PM 8 lbs 6 oz and 20.5 inches long. I'm so excited for Leigh and Austin and their new little one. She is so cute and I can't wait to meet her!

I loved this Thanksgiving because my sister Katie was able to be here! I have missed her so much! It was so fun to hang out with her everyday! I can't wait for her to be back in February to play for 10 days!! I will post pictures from Dan's families Thanksgiving later today.

I gave in....

Yes, I gave in on another toy for Daniel. On Friday we went and got Daniel the Ipod Touch. He was so excited I just couldn't say no. Its all he played with this weekend, it was pretty funny! But I get to play with it too so I guess I benefit from it too.

Mmmmm.....

This weekend Daniel and I and some of his family went to Tucanos and I think its probably my favorite place to eat. I've been there once before but I just fell in love again on Saturday. My cute sister in law Steph works there so it was even more fun to have her as our waitress. Thanks Steph for the great deal!! I ate so much that I was so sick the rest of the night but it was so worth it! If you haven't gone yet get your butts to Gateway and try it! Their pineapple is the best!!
